Secretary Clinton's visit to Ireland
Secretary Clinton visited Dublin on December 6 and 7. She will participated in the ministerial meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). The Secretary also meet with Irish officials to discuss areas of cooperation in promoting peace, human rights, and economic growth and delivered a major speech on U.S. achievements in support of human rights globally.
