In conjunction with the U.S. Department of State's Education USA program, the Information Resource Center of the U.S. Diplomatic Mission to Ireland's Public Affairs Section offers telephone and web-based reference and referral services for information on exchange opportunities in the United States.

The Advising Center provides access to information materials and offers advisory services to prospective international students and other audiences on higher education and study opportunities in the United States.
