Savings Bonds
In order to authenticate Savings Bonds, it is necessary to sign the bonds in the presence of an American Consular officer at the Embassy. You should have in your possession some form of photographic identification that includes your signature, e.g. passport. The office is open for notarial services from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, Irish and American holidays excepted.
